The idea of Wagz sprouted from the creative minds of two Fort Collins, CO residents and was fueled by their love for their dog and cat family consisting of two dogs and three cats. Wagz was built from the ground up to grow from a strong foundation of creative input, high quality products, knowledgeable, friendly service and our own unique style. No other pet store offers such an easy and fun shopping experience for people who love their dogs and cats as much as we do.

At Wagz we are motivated by our vision and passion for this industry. We opened our brick and mortar store in the Old Town District of Fort Collins, CO in 2007. Wagz quickly became an important part of the community, a resource for finding everything for your dog and cat and providing the best quality and service for the best price.

The success and support of our Fort Collins store prompted the development of an online store to bring these same values and service to the online world. We have discovered that not only did customers like the Old Towne store but they wanted a online store filled with a variety of high quality, healthy, useful and fun products that they could have delivered right to their door.

To help us further expand the Wagz experience, we have formed a stellar team of passionate and talented retail professionals. We all came from different backgrounds but all have a common bond... our love for our own furry children and their desire to make Wagz the best it can be.
